Completely. Every engagement is handled with full discretion. We don't discuss client projects.

Q: We're already mid-build. Is it too late to engage you?

It's never too late. Many of our clients come to us mid-build when they first sense something isn't right. Costs are rising, variations are appearing, or trust is beginning to erode. Early engagement is ideal but we can add significant value at any stage of your project.

Q: Do you work with the builder or architect?

No. We work exclusively for the owner. We have no commercial relationships with any other party on your project.

Q: What does it cost?

Monthly retainers are scoped to each project and typically start from $7,500/month. There are no lock-in contracts and no hourly rates.

Q: We already have a project manager, do we still need this?

Possibly. Most project managers are builder-referred or focused on program, not commercial risk. We provide independent oversight that no other party on your project can offer.
